It is a particular pleasure for me to be able to send this beautiful award and certificate. The certificate has been signed by His Excellency, the Military Bishop Christian Werner for Austria and by His Excellency, the Military Bishop, Dr. Walter Mixa for Germany. St. Michael is the protective patron of parachutists. Every year in France and Germany the St. Michael’s Festival of Parachutists takes place. |
